Updated information on suspension of IMG scheduling for Step 2 CS at Philadelphia CSEC

As previously published, a suspension in scheduling for Step 2 CS test
dates at the Philadelphia Clinical Skills Evaluation Center (CSEC) is
currently in place for international medical students/graduates (IMGs).
When this suspension was implemented, it affected all Step 2 CS testing
spaces at the Philadelphia CSEC available during 2004 (June through
December).

The time period affected by the suspension has changed. Effective July
28, 2004, the suspension applies to test dates at the Philadelphia CSEC
from September 1, 2004 through December 31, 2004. As a result of this
change, IMGs are now able to schedule testing appointments at the
Philadelphia CSEC for any available date before September 1, 2004 and
after December 31, 2004.

IMGs registered for Step 2 CS should review the full, updated
announcement on the suspension available on the ECFMG website at
www.ecfmg.org/announce.htm#suspsched.

To view available test dates at all CSECs, IMGs registered for Step 2 CS
should access Step 2 CS Scheduling on the ECFMG website at
www.ecfmg.org.

We will continue to monitor scheduling patterns at all CSECs. Updated
information will be posted to the ECFMG website as it becomes available.
