Amazon.com is listing the new edition of First Aid for USMLE Step 1 - 2005. It is supposed to be released in mid December 2004. You can preorder your copy now.

It is still the ultimate preparation aid for USMLE Step 1. I'd say that it's very important to have the latest edition with the latest additions to stay ahead of the competition.
